Editorial Claimed Civil War was for Extermination of the South

The Southern Recorder of Milledgeville printed an editorial, as many other Southern newspapers had done, arguing that the Civil War was a war of extermination being waged on the Southern people; little did they know that the worst of it was yet to come, particularly for Georgia.
