Fulton County Men Ordered to Military Duty

With Sherman departed and the Confederate flag once again flying over Atlanta, Fulton County Militia commander Lt. Col. Z.A. Rice issued an order for all men in Fulton County between the ages of 16 and 55 to report to the city hall for military duty.
