Shock and Horror at Terrorist Attacks

Georgians, like all Americans, reacted with shock, horror, and anger at the news that terrorists had hijacked four passenger jets and crashed two of them into the World Trade Center towers in New York. Another hijacked plane crashed into the Pentagon in Washington D.C. A fourth plane apparently also was bound for Washington but crashed in Pennsylvania when the passengers tried to take control of the plane.
