Letters from Lincoln and Davis to Governor of Kentucky

The Georgia Literary and Temperance Crusader published letters from both presidents - Abraham Lincoln and Jefferson Davis - to the governor of Kentucky, who had requested troops be removed from his state because of its neutrality.
