Battle of Wilson’s Creek, with Stand Watie

The Battle of Wilson’s Creek was fought in Missouri - resulting in a Confederate victory. Taking part on the Southern side was Stand Watie, a Cherokee Indian who had been born in Georgia. He would also be the last Civil War general to surrender in 1865.
