Article on Casualties During American Revolution, for Reference

The Southern Confederacy of Atlanta printed a listing of the number of casualties incurred during the American Revolution, with the suggestion that “the table should be preserved for future references.” Indeed, casualties in the Civil War would dwarf those in the revolution. In fact, more men would die in the Civil War than in any other war in American history.
