Letter from Georgia Soldier at Vicksburg

The Southern Confederacy of Atlanta printed a letter from a Georgia soldier at Vicksburg (who had to find someone to run the blockade to get it delivered); despite their hardships he remained hopeful. Others in the siege were in much worse condition.
