Editorial Noted Importance of Railroads to War Effort

In an editorial, the Southern Confederacy of Atlanta noted the importance of the railroads to the war effort - and to life in general in the South. They then called - by name - for the owners of Georgia’s railroads to do whatever was necessary to get supplies through the blockade to keep the railroads functioning.
