Lincoln Decided to Supply Fort Sumter

President Abraham Lincoln, meeting with his cabinet, made the decision to attempt to deliver supplies to Fort Sumter in South Carolina.

Meanwhile, a soldier from Wayne County signed his Oath of Allegiance to the state of Georgia.
