Editorial Argued for Peace Only if North Would Leave South Alone

The Confederate Union of Milledgeville printed an editorial boiling the peace question down to basics, from the Southern viewpoint - saying the North could have peace simply by letting the South alone. If they could not do this, then there could be no peace.
