Cold Day in South Georgia
Reuben King noted an unusually cold day in his journal; what made it so unusual is it was in deep south Georgia - Darien:
“Was the Coldest Day I ever knew in the State of Georgia The Sun has Shown all Day and yet it has froze in the Shade…”
