Atlanta Editorial on Confederate Government Seizing Flour

The Southern Confederacy of Atlanta took issue with the Confederate government forcibly seizing flour in Virginia. They acknowledged the sometime necessity of such actions, but disagreed with paying much less than fair market price for it.
