This postcard bears a Mar. 22, 1911 postmark from Moultrie, Ga. Because the postcard's address side has a space for personal messages (something prohibited by federal law until March 1907), it is likely that the photo dates from 1907 to 1910 -- though the photo could have been taken as early as 1902, the year the courthouse was completed.
