Canoochee River
The Canoochee River originates in Emanuel County, Georgia at the confluence of the Canoochee Creek and Little Canoochee Creek. It flows approximately 100 miles southeastward, before emptying into the Ogeechee River along the Bryan/Chatham County border. The Canoochee is the Ogeechee River's largest tributary. The Ogeechee River then flows into the Atlantic Ocean at Ossabaw Sound, south of Savannah, Georgia.
